October Mission Focus
WHAT: New or very gently used winter jackets, snowpants and boots
FOR WHOM: Elementary-age children, teenagers, and adults at New Day Advocacy Center
HOW: Do the shopping yourself or donate money for someone to shop for you
WHERE: Put winter outerwear in the bin in the church office. Place monetary donations in a marked envelope and drop it in the offering plate.
WHEN: Throughout the month of October
WHY: Love for our neighbors – being the face of Christ in our community
Good Shepherd is a mission-minded congregation. We renew this commitment at every Sunday worship as we say our mission statement together:
