VBS 2025 SIGN-UP
1. Please fill this form out if your child plans to attend VBS. In the comment box, please list the name(s) of your child(ren) and the grade(s) of your child(ren) has just finished.
2. Below is the link to fill in a permission slip for attending VBS. The permission slip is completely digital, no paper copies can be printed or are needed. Please fill this form out at the same time you register your child. Your child will be unable to attend VBS without a completed permission slip. Thank you!

3. The cost of VBS for the week is $10 per child to cover supply costs. (Maximum of $40 per family). Cash or check, made out to: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is accepted. Please bring this fee with you on the first day of VBS (Monday, June 9th) or feel free to use this online form to pay. When paying online, please choose "VBS 2025" from the drop-down menu.
